Oder du kannst dich auf ver\u00e4nderte Anforderungen in der Arbeitswelt darauf vorbereiten und damit f\u00fcr eine h\u00f6here Arbeitsplatzsicherheit sorgen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versuche, die Vorteile deiner Weiterbildung auch deinem Arbeitgeber aufzuzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite dazu deine Argumente sorgf\u00e4ltig vor und bitte dann um ein Gespr\u00e4ch bei deinem Chef. Erl\u00e4utere ihm, dass du eine Weiterbildung planst und welches die Inhalte sind. Zeige ihm auf, welche zus\u00e4tzlichen Qualifikationen du dadurch erwirbst und wie du diese auch bei deinem Unternehmen einsetzen kannst (bspw.
