Termine in Pr\u00e4senz\/Online (bspw. f\u00fcr die Treffen der Lerngruppe) wahrnehmen wirst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nach Weiterbildung kannst du bspw. die Klausur-Termine auf Jahresebene einplanen und daraufhin dann die Lernhefte bzw. Inhalte der Weiterbildung <strong>monatlich<\/strong> einplanen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W\u00f6chentlich<\/strong> kannst Du daraus resultierend freie Bl\u00f6cke einplanen, welche du f\u00fcr das Lernen blockst. So hast du eine gute Struktur geschaffen, die eine gute Orientierung bietet. Hier spielt auch dazu, dass &#8211; nach einer gewissen Zeit &#8211; eine Routine eintritt und du gar nicht mehr gro\u00df \u00fcberlegen musst: Hab ich jetzt Zeit zum lernen? <br>Es ist Teil deines Alltags geworden.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probiere am Anfang auch aus, wann du am besten lernen kannst \u2013 bspw. morgens vor dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder abends, wenn die anderen Familienmitglieder schon schlafen?&nbsp;Schaffe dir sich so Ihren pers\u00f6nlichen Lernrhythmus, angepasst an deine pers\u00f6nliche Leistungskurve! Dies ist sehr individuell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gro\u00dfe Vorteil an einem Lernplan: Du siehst genau, wie du voranschreitest und hast so immer wieder kleine Erfolgserlebnisse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belohne dich auch regelm\u00e4\u00dfig f\u00fcr abgeschlossene Lektionen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe dir noch ein paar &#8222;Zeitfresser&#8220; (aus eigener Erfahrung) zusammengestellt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Perfektionismus<\/li><li>Laufende Bearbeitung\/Beantwortung von E-Mails (Setze dir hierzu feste Zeitfenster)<\/li><li>Soziale Medien\/Smartphone (St\u00e4ndiges Checken von Nachrichten &gt; F\u00fchrt dazu, das Arbeit unterbrochen wird; schalte in deiner Lernzeit dein Handy aus oder in den Flugmodus)<\/li><li>Anrufe (auch hier &#8211; schalte in deiner Lernzeit dein Handy aus oder in den Flugmodus)<\/li><li>Multitasking<\/li><li>Planloses Arbeiten ohne Priorisierung (zuerst unwichtiges f\u00fchrt zu Chaos \u2013 du verlierst Zeit)<\/li><li>Unordnung (Unterlagen m\u00fcssen gesucht werden\u2026)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Fange \u00fcbrigens mit der unangenehmsten Aufgabe an &#8211; es ist ein super Gef\u00fchl, wenn du diese Aufgabe abgearbeitet hast!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wenn du dein \u201eWarum\u201c bzw. dein Ziel erarbeitest hast, geht es an die&nbsp;Zeitplanung:&nbsp; Schreibe dir einen Lernplan, wann du freie Zeiten f\u00fcr deine Weiterbildung blockst bzw.
